4 videos

1) Two great videos from Obama's speech in Richmond, with comments from James Forman:
What a gift.  Obama started his national career with soaring oratory about how Americans can come together, red and blue, old and young, gay and straight, people of all colors.  Then he had to show his policy chops, make change concrete, be specific, show voters he can empathize with their plight.  He did that.  Now 10 days to go, and its about mobilizing folks to action, GOTV, and you know that Obama would love a chance to fire up his people by going back to the big crowds and the uplifting speeches and the calls for unity.  Enter McCain and Palin who decide to get ugly and divisive and start talking about how some parts of the country are pro-American and others aren't.  Ever see a batter's eyes light up when he sees a hanging curve ball, bottom of the 9th, 2 runners on and down by 2?   You know that's how Obama feels.

Here is Obama's response.  It will remind you of why you decided to get involved in this campaign oh so many months (years? decades it feels like to me) ago.
